Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative, empathetic, and dynamic People Experience & Employer Branding Specialist with 4-8 years of experience to anchor our employee lifecycle and champion our brand identity in India. This is a highly impactful role sitting within our G&A; team, bridging the gap between People Operations, Corporate Culture, and Strategic Branding. Your primary mission will be twofold: internally, ensuring our teams are highly engaged, motivated, and supported with an optimal workplace environment; and externally, building a compelling employer brand narrative that positions IAMOPS as the destination of choice for top tech talent across India.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Lifecycle, Engagement & Retention
• Continuous Feedback Loops: Proactively manage continuous sentiment mapping,
schedule regular catchups, and administer pulse surveys/eNPS metrics to identify and
address burnout, technical blocks, or operational friction early.
• Onboarding & First Impressions: Own and evolve the 30-60-90-day onboarding
framework. Curate welcoming kits,



coordinate company-wide orientations, and manage the
internal 'buddy system' to ensure a warm, culturally seamless entry point.
• Rewards & Recognition (R&R;): Drive and formalize standard R&R; programs (e.g., Peer-to
Peer recognition, spot awards, and recurring performance celebrations) to sustain an
internal ecosystem where excellence is consistently highlighted
. • Wellness & Growth: Introduce physical and mental wellness initiatives (workshops,
ergonomic evaluations, open dialogues) catered to high-availability technical engineering
schedules.
2. Workplace Operations & Environment Happiness
• Office Operations Suitability: Collaborate with localized administrative teams across Pune
and Surat to maintain an energetic, friction-free office workplace that drives natural
productivity and everyday workplace satisfaction.
