About The Role

We are looking for a Content & Brand Marketing Executive who can take existing content (blogs, case studies, reports) and turn it into high-performing short-form content, while owning brand presence across social platforms and community forums like Reddit and Quora. This role sits at the intersection of content repurposing, brand/community management, and distribution. You are comfortable taking a long-form piece and turning it into a Reddit discussion thread, a Quora answer, a LinkedIn carousel, or any other channel-native format - and getting it in front of the right audience on the right channel. You'll need strong short-form writing skills, a working understanding of SEO as it applies to distribution, and genuine familiarity with how different social and community platforms (and their algorithms) actually work. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who wants to own content repurposing, brand, and distribution end-to-end - rather than sitting in only one part of the funnel.

Responsibilities

Content Writing & Creation:





Research and write high-quality content across formats, including blogs, articles, social media posts, Reddit and Quora content, and other short-form content marketing assets.
Develop content ideas based on audience needs, industry trends, customer pain points, and business objectives.
Write explicit, engaging, and audience-focused content while maintaining Contify's brand voice and tone.
Work with subject matter experts and internal teams to understand complex topics and translate them into accessible, useful content.
Edit and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, grammar, consistency, and tone.

Content Repurposing & Distribution

Repurpose long-form content (blogs, case studies, reports) into short-form, channel-native formats - social posts, carousels, discussion threads, forum answers, and more.
Build and execute a distribution plan that takes one core piece of content and multiplies its reach across differe
