Role Description The Sales Counselor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara. The Sales Counselor will engage prospective learners through inquiries, walk-ins, and leads,



providing clear information about courses, career paths, and placement support. This role involves conducting counseling sessions, understanding candidate aspirations, and recommending appropriate training programs to help them achieve their goals. The Sales Counselor will manage follow-ups, maintain accurate records of interactions and enrollments, and work closely with the center team to meet admission and revenue targets. Daily responsibilities also include coordinating with operations and faculty, supporting events or seminars, and ensuring a professional, learner-focused experience throughout the admission process.
