Job Summary:
Job Title: Sr. Manager / AGM - SAP
Location: Delhi
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sr. Manager / AGM - SAP to lead the SAP Support and drive the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP systems across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP, and a mindset to improve business processes and maximize the value of SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP Leadership:
Lead the SAP Functional Modules like Sales Distribution, Finance & Controlling, MM , PM, PP including, Month end and Year end closing activities, DCD, vendor portal, bank integrations etc.) and manage a cross-functional team of SAP experts.
Develop and execute the SAP strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Ensure the alignment of SAP processes with business requirements across different departments.
Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP modules, including SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, and others
2.Project Management:
Drive SAP implementation projects, upgrades, and rollouts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Ensure the successful completion of SAP-related projects within the specified time, budget, and quality standards.
Manage risks and issues related to SAP projects and provide proactive solutions.
3.Team Development:
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of SAP consultants, developers, and business analysts.
Develop training programs to enhance SAP skill sets across the organization.
4.Process Optimization & Support:
Continuously assess and improve SAP workflows, ensuring maximum system efficiency and business benefit.
Work closely with business process owners to drive process improvements and best practices.
Manage the ongoing support and troubleshooting of SAP-related issues, ensuring minimal system downtime and operational disruptions.
