As we continue to expand our Automation and AI practice, we are looking for an experienced Senior Business Process Consultant to lead process discovery, solution design, and business transformation initiatives.

About the Role
This is not a traditional Business Analyst role.
We are looking for someone who enjoys understanding how businesses operate, challenging inefficient processes, identifying improvement opportunities,



and working closely with business stakeholders and automation teams to deliver meaningful transformation.
You will serve as the bridge between our clients' business teams and our Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence (CoE), ensuring that automation solutions address the right business problems rather than simply automating existing inefficiencies.

Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Discovery & Business Analysis
Conduct workshops and discovery sessions with business stakeholders across multiple functions.
Understand end-to-end business processes, operational workflows, business rules, and exception scenarios.
Analyze current-state operations and identify automation, optimization, and transformation opportunities.
Challenge existing processes and recommend improvements before automation begins.

Process Mapping & Documentation
Develop comprehensive process documentation including:
Process Design Documents (PDDs)
Business Requirements Doc
