Job Description

Custom Team at Texas Instruments is looking for an experienced, highly driven Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional custom development programs that bring creative semiconductor products from concept to production.

In this role, you will work closely with systems, design, operations, marketing & sales, post-silicon validation, test, quality, and very demanding customer teams to ensure successful execution of schedules, deliverables, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Program Ownership

Being in custom development for demanding customers, execution efficacy, timeline adherence, quality control and stakeholder management need to be ensured by the Program Manager.
Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery for analog/mixed-signal/embedded semiconductor products.
Drive program scope, timelines, risk assessment, budgeting, and resource planning.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Coordinate with design, DV, layout, post-Si validation, test engineering, quality, packaging, manufacturing, supply chain,



marketing and operations teams across global sites.
Facilitate program reviews, technical checkpoints, and decision gates.

Schedule & Risk Management

Create and maintain detailed program schedules using appropriate tools.
Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and ensure teams stay aligned to program objectives.

Customer & Stakeholder Communication

Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Present program status, key metrics, and critical issues to leadership and customers.

Quality & Compliance

Ensure programs meet TI’s quality, reliability, and regulatory standards along with customer mandated quality checks. Coordinate root cause analysis and corrective actions when needed.

Operational & Business Support

Collaborate with product line management on go-to-market strategies.
Monitor cost, yield, and performance targets throughout the product lifecycle.
