Position Summary

Bridge commercial business requirements and Vizag-based delivery execution. The role captures requirements, defines functional specifications, documents business rules, supports UAT, manages backlog clarity and ensures that engineering, BI, DQ and AI teams deliver business-aligned outcomes for commercial pharma datasets.

Business / Program Context

The role is part of a Vizag-based delivery capability supporting Commercial Pharma datasets across global markets. The work may include platform operations, data engineering, data quality, reporting, AI enablement, release governance and stakeholder support for enterprise commercial data products. The role is not limited to Japan-specific datasets; Japan market familiarity may be practical but is not a mandatory baseline requirement for most positions.

Job Responsibilities

Engage business and technology stakeholders to gather, clarify and prioritize requirements.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria,



process flows and data requirement documents.
Document commercial KPI definitions, business rules, reporting logic, data mappings and UAT scenarios.
Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, UAT sign-offs and business readiness activities.
Coordinate between business users, data engineers, BI engineers, DQ teams, QA and service managers.
Perform impact assessment for source changes, KPI changes, data quality issues and enhancement requests.
Maintain documentation including glossary, STTMs, requirement traceability and release notes.
Work as part of a Vizag-based delivery team supporting Commercial Pharma datasets and global commercial data stakeholders.
Collaborate with business, technology, governance, quality and offshore/onshore delivery teams across time zones.
Follow Agile delivery, SDLC, documentation, release, validation, access-control and data-governance standards.
