The Modern Workplace Engineer in Modern Workplace Services (MWS) is a critical cross-functional team member enabling IT services across the organization. As an enthusiast with a strong, agile, and open mindset, you will work with the team to deliver the best answers to our business user needs and take responsibility for IT support of Active Directory/Azure/Intune, applications, desktop PC / Laptop device management, and connected services. You will use your deep technical skills to establish an optimal workplace setting. You will engage with the team to develop and administer a modern workplace environment and support different services/products based on Microsoft Cloud solutions and endpoint management tools.

Essential Functions





Actively participate in establishing a state-of-the-art workplace environment and offer future-oriented collaboration, considering digital work, user comfort, mobility, and security.
Identify technologies, hardware and software products, methods, and techniques and evaluate their relevance and potential value for internal digital work in the company.
Keep up with best practices and the latest market developments in your field.
Coordinate the design, piloting, and introduction of new technologies and collaborations in the modern workplace environment. You independently administer the client management infrastructure and ensure ongoing client operation.
Responsible for efficiently implementing the Modern Workspace Portfolio services in the managed services field.
Proactively drive forward the development and growth of the modern Workplace Practice and collaborate further to expand the existing service portfolio in a targeted approach.
