Responsibilities
As a Technical Engineer, Service you’ll be responsible for providing comprehensive post-sales support to customers across various industries. The role involves supervision of equipment installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance,
spare parts coordination, and customer training. The Engineer ensures seamless service delivery, adherence to quality standards, and maximization of customer satisfaction. Your role mainly revolves around:
Service Operations
Plan, execute, and supervise installation, commissioning, inspection, and maintenance of Centrifugal & ROTON pumps.
Ensure compliance with company service standards, safety guidelines, and customer expectations.
Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
Diagnose and repair equipment faults.
Respond to customer service requests and emergency breakdowns.
Test equipment after repairs to ensure proper operation.
Document service reports, maintenance records, and repairs.
Customer Support & Troubleshooting
Provide technical guidance to customers to resolve equipment-related issues efficiently.
