Purpose
The Product Manager – Co-Lending will be responsible for managing and scaling secured co-lending partnerships across products such as Loan Against Property (LAP), Affordable Housing Loans, MSME Secured Loans, and Supply Chain Finance. The role will drive partner onboarding, program design, technology integration, process optimization, portfolio growth, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Co-Lending Product Management
Manage end-to-end co-lending programs for secured lending products.
Design co-lending structures, customer journeys, pricing frameworks, and operational processes.
Identify and onboard Banks, NBFCs, and Financial Institutions as co-lending partners.
Drive product enhancements to improve scalability, profitability, and customer experience.
Partner & Program Management
Manage relationships with co-lending partners and act as the central coordination point.
Execute partnership agreements, operating frameworks, and governance mechanisms.
Conduct regular business reviews and performance monitoring with partners.




Ensure seamless coordination across business, credit, operations, legal, compliance, and technology teams.
Technology & Integration Management
Work closely with technology teams to implement and enhance co-lending platforms.
Manage API integrations with co-lending partners for sourcing, underwriting, disbursement, servicing, and reporting.
Drive digitization and automation across customer onboarding and loan processing journeys.
Support UAT, process design, and implementation of technology releases.
Portfolio Growth & Business Performance
Partner with business teams to drive co-lending portfolio growth.
Monitor sourcing, sanctions, disbursements, utilization, and profitability metrics.
Identify growth opportunities across products, geographies, and partner ecosystems.
Support launch of current co-lending programs and expansion initiatives.
Risk, Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with RBI co-lending guidelines and internal gove
