Job Description – PtP Account Analyst

Process accounts payable transactions (invoices, credit notes)
Match supplier invoices with purchase orders, goods receipt note and resolve discrepancies
Post invoices into accounting system on a daily and timely basis while ensuring invoices are coded to the correct GL accounts and cost centres.
Purchase return/rejection credit notes accounting and recovery
Prepare data and documents for payment processing
Support month-end activities for JO posting and preparing schedules and reports related to payables.
Prepare vendor ageing and tracking of debit balances
Verify transactions for withholding tax treatment
Analyse vendor accounts, solve negative balances
Reconcile vendor statements
Performance according to KPI and company policy.
Communicate with sourcing to resolve account discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries
Communicate with internal customers, provide support and solutions
Communication with counterpart in product company, tax team and auditors
Participate on improvement and optimization projects.




Participate in ad-hoc projects and special tasks, as assigned

Experience Requirements

Experience in the AP area / Customer service advantage

Knowledge

English at a communicative level
User PC skills (knowledge of ERP/M3 system will be an advantage)
Excel basics
Finance & Accounting process understanding & accounting knowledge

Educational Requirements

University degree in Accounting, Business or Finance
