Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and fashion-conscious Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Asansol. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting products, achieve sales targets, maintain store presentation, and represent the SHREE brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Service
Welcome every customer warmly and create a positive shopping experience.
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable ethnic wear and accessories.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.




Upsell and cross-sell products to increase customer value.
Build lasting customer relationships through excellent service.
Store Operations
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Arrange merchandise according to visual merchandising guidelines.
Replenish stock and report low inventory to the Store Manager.
Assist in stock receiving, tagging, pricing, and inventory counts.
Billing & POS Operations
Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately.
Handle cash, UPI, debit/credit card, and other payment transactions.
Issue invoices and receipts correctly.
Customer Support
Handle customer queries, exchanges, and returns in accordance with company policy.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Maintain customer feedback records to improve service quality.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with fellow team members to
