What you have

Required Skills :-

Bachelor's in Engineering, CS, or related field.
Hands-on with GitHub Copilot and/or Claude Code in IDE/CLI workflows.
Working knowledge of agentic and spec-driven development — translating low-level design (class structures, API contracts, data models) into structured specs, with custom instructions and prompt engineering to establish team-level practices.
Uses AI for code, tests, reviews, and automation — with transparent ownership of correctness. Core Engineering
10+ yrs: Java, Spring, cloud, REST + SOAP web services in high-volume, highly-available environments.
4–6 yrs: Distributed/NoSQL DBs — PostgreSQL preferred, MongoDB,
