Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to join our Sales team and grow new business with key customers in the North-West Region. This role will be stationed in Bengaluru.
As a technical sales manager, you will be working closely with hardware engineering and purchasing contacts directly.



The ability to develop an expertise in XP's power supply products with an in-depth knowledge of our industry are keys to success.
> KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sale Management
Prospect and identify new customers and opportunities.
Manage and retain existing customer to develop recent programs.
Assist customer in resolving technical issues.
Listen and understand customer needs and requirements to differentiate our solution from competitors.
Update and maintain Salesforce Database
Follow up and update on Project status.
Follow up with customers and update on forecast
To follow through the sales process from order to shipment.
Manage customer and get End use statement
Create and adapt strategies to meet productivity and revenue goals.
Visit customers regularly while building personal working relationships with key hardware engineering and purchasing contacts
Identify the customers in your region which have a sizable spend in power supply products and are at
