Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Product Manager with 3–4 years of proven experience in managing software development projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client expectations, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

The candidate should have hands-on experience managing Agile projects, working closely with development, QA, UI/UX,



and business teams while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of multiple software development projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, designers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and roadblocks.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder satisfaction.
Conduct project planning meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and status meetings.
Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management best practices.
Track project performance using project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp,
