This is a high-impact role driving developer success across the entire Windows ecosystem—from modernizing the app platform and strengthening core developer fundamentals to enabling developers to reach users seamlessly across native, hybrid, and cross-platform technologies. The platform primitives, APIs, and tooling you deliver help developers ship faster with confidence and build applications that are performant, reliable, and delightful for millions of users.
You'll drive innovation in the app development journey, meeting developers where they already are by supporting familiar frameworks and workflows, while unlocking experiences that are uniquely powerful on Windows through deep OS integration.



As Windows evolves toward more intelligent, agent-driven experiences, you'll work closely with engineering, design, and partner teams to shape how quickly developers innovate, how confidently they ship, and how high the quality bar is for apps across Windows.
