Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Subject Matter Expert / Key User to support a SAP S/4HANA implementation program.
The selected candidate will play a critical role throughout the implementation lifecycle — from early project phases through go-live and hypercare, and will remain involved afterward to ensure smooth operational adoption.
This role requires deep functional knowledge of SAP EWM processes, robust collaboration with project teams and business users, and active participation in training, testing, business process alignment, and Learning & Development initiatives to support user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation Support
Act as the primary EWM SME / Key User within the SAP S/4HANA implementation program.
Support the project from initial implementation phases through go-live and hypercare.
Provide functional expertise in SAP EWM processes,



ensuring business requirements are accurately captured and implemented.
Collaborate with SAP consultants, IT teams, and business stakeholders during design, configuration, and testing phases.
Participate in business workshops, requirement gathering, solution validation, and system demonstrations.
Business Process & Testing
Validate EWM-related business processes and system configurations.
Participate in integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution.
Ensure EWM processes align with operational warehouse and logistics requirements.
Training & Learning & Development
Support Learning & Development initiatives related to the SAP S/4HANA implementation.
Assist in the design and development of training materials and documentation for warehouse users.
