MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, a
related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
* 5 years of experience in program or project management.
* 3 years of experience in leadership roles with/without direct reports.
* Experience implementing and executing environmental, health, and safety
management (e.g., ISO 45001 or equivalent) including management of EHS
compliance for industrial facilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Skilled EHS Certifications (e.g., CSP, CHMM, REM, WSHO, FSM).
* 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
* Experience managing environmental programs and systems (14001 or equivalent)
(e.g., emissions, wastewater, etc.).
* Experience working with vendors on improving their EHS programs and driving
their performance plans.
* Electrical safety experience.
