Job Description:
The VP – Sales will be responsible for leading the sales function, driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, achieving business targets, developing sales strategies, enhancing customer relationships,



and ensuring successful sales execution across residential, commercial projects. The role requires solid leadership, market intelligence, channel partner management, and expertise in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's business objectives to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets across residential, commercial projects.
Drive sales performance by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual booking targets, maximizing inventory absorption, increasing sales velocity, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth.
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams, including Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Executives, while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
