What’s the role?

The Program Operations Specialist will support all Program Operations functions.

This position is a part of a fast-paced operations team that manages program calculations and payment fulfillment. Team members will serve as subject matter experts and will provide high-quality service to our clients.

You must be able to look at the big picture from both business and technology perspective, possess strong analytical, design, and problem-solving skills.

In this role, you will..

* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
* Create and test program calculations in the program calculation tool.
* Assist Quality Assurance Engineers with calculation testing.
* Perform basic SQL queries.
* Assist with testing supplemental payment materials, like checks and payment statements.
* Assist with client facing portal configurations.
* Triage and respond to or assign tier 2 customer support requests related to Program Operations.
* Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.



May include client/solution onboarding, as well as new feature deployments impacting AGDATA’s program operations.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.

Our ideal candidate will have…

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience of at least 3 years working with data
* MS Excel experience, specifically intermediate Excel skills like VLOOKUP, pivot tables
* Strong problem solving, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
* Basic or intermediate experience of SQL
* Understanding of and adherence to industry best practices
* Ability to effectively prioritize workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
* Can establish project requirements and communicate them clearly and effectively.
* Ability to develop cutting-edge solutions and thrive in a team environment
* Experience with JIRA and Agile practices is highly desired
