About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executives (Solution Specialist Executives) to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about sales, technology, and client engagement. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will interact with prospective customers, demonstrate solutions, manage leads, and work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct product demonstrations and explain the features and benefits of the company's solutions to prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Maintain and update customer information, sales activities, and lead status in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads in a timely manner to maximise conversion opportunities.
Handle customer queries, resolve objections, and provide appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Build strong relationships with potential customers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com, or any other discipline.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic understanding of IT/Software concepts; knowledge of CRM or ERP systems will be an added advantage.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for sales and customer engagement.
Ability to work in a target-driven and team-oriented environment.
