Job Description

The Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, troubleshoot, and enhance software for the Session Smart Router (SSR) product line, a key part of HPE Aruba Networking's secure SD-WAN portfolio.



This is a senior individual contributor role for an engineer with strong computer science fundamentals, sound software design judgment, and the ability to contribute across a modern networking software stack.

The work in this area spans several key product themes, including Public Cloud, Analytics, MIST WAN Assurance, and L7-Security. We are looking for someone who has built solid production systems, can learn adjacent domains quickly, and can apply senior engineering judgment to solve meaningful customer problems.

You will partner with engineers, architects, product managers, and SRE teams across India and global locations to deliver reliable, scalable, and well-tested software. You will be expected to own technical problems end-to-end, contribute to design discussions, and help raise the quality bar for the team.
