Are you someone who closes deals, builds relationships, and understands content rights inside out?
ProducerBazaar is looking for a energetic Manager – Content Sales & Rights to lead our Mumbai market and drive content licensing deals across OTT platforms, satellite channels, audio platforms, and international distributors.
What You'll Do
✅ Build and expand relationships with key content buyers
✅ Close digital, satellite, dubbing, overseas syndication, and IFE rights deals
✅ Pitch our diverse content catalogue to leading buyers
✅ Own the complete sales cycle—from first conversation to signed agreement and revenue realization
✅ Represent ProducerBazaar at industry events and help grow our global footprint
We're Looking For
✔️ 5–8 years of experience in content rights sales, media distribution, or OTT acquisitions
✔️ A proven track record of personally negotiating and closing content rights deals
✔️ Strong relationships within the media and entertainment ecosystem
✔️ Excellent commercial negotiation and communication skills
✔️ A self-driven, hunter mindset with a passion for sales and business development
Professionals with strong B2B sales backgrounds from FMCG, Insurance, or Telecom who are eager to transition into media sales are also encouraged to apply.
