Role Overview
We are hiring a highly experienced Executive Assistant based in Manila to support the CEO of RZR on a night shift schedule, covering US (PST) business hours as part of a 24/7 EA coverage model.



You will partner closely with the day shift Executive Assistant and report to the EA Lead to ensure seamless handoffs and continuity across time zones.
This is a true business partner role, not just admin support. It requires strong judgment, operational excellence, and the ability to anticipate needs and move fast in a global, high-stakes workplace. The right person for this role is someone who takes ownership naturally, communicates with precision, and operates with a level of discretion and professionalism that reflects directly on the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar across US, APAC, and EMEA time zones, resolving conflicts proactively
Handle high-volume inbox management, including drafting and responding on behalf of the CEO
Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, and follow-ups with clear action tracking
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders with speed and accuracy
