Job Title: Manager Business Analytics (Palantir Foundry Use Cases)
Report to: Director, Data Strategy & Analytics
Location: Bhosari, Pune

Position Focus:
Business Analysis will lead a team of Business Analysts and Use Case Leads responsible for driving the successful delivery of data‑driven solutions on the Palantir Foundry platform. This leadership role requires strong analytical expertise, deep understanding of automotive business processes, and the ability to align cross‑functional stakeholders around measurable business outcomes.
You will oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of Foundry use cases—requirements, Ontology design, data validation, solution workflow definition, application development support, value realization, and change management. If you have a passion for scaling analytics programs and enabling high‑impact digital products, this role is ideal for you.

Education:
Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business Analytics.

Experience:
11–15 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or digital transformation.




Prior experience leading BA teams or cross‑functional project teams.
Solid knowledge of automotive business processes (supply chain, manufacturing, quality, warranty).
Hands‑on experience with Palantir Foundry (Ontology, Workshop, Contour, Quiver).
Ability to translate business needs into structured technical specifications.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Experience with Jira or similar project tracking tools.
Experience delivering Foundry‑based digital products at scale.
Certification in Agile or Product Ownership.
