Job Title: Business Systems Analyst / QA / Product Analyst (Payments Domain)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst / QA / Product Analyst to bridge business requirements, product strategy, and software quality. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, developers, and QA teams to define requirements, validate solutions, and ensure high-quality product delivery.

This role requires experience in Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, Product Analysis, Agile delivery, and Payments domain, with exposure to financial services compliance and up-to-date SDLC practices.

Key Responsibilities

Business Systems Analysis

Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for engineering teams.




Act as the liaison between business and technical teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Support solution design and validate that delivered functionality meets business objectives.

Quality Assurance

Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements.
Perform manual testing and coordinate automated testing activities.
Execute regression, integration, system, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Identify, document, prioritise, and track software defects using defect management tools.
Work closely with developers to resolve issues and ensure product quality.
Ensure adherence to QA standards and testing best practices.

Product Analysis

Analyse customer feedback, product usage, and market trends to drive product improvements.
Support Product Managers in defining product roadmaps, features, and priorities.
Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities for product enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
