To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Zoho Developer

Overview:
The Zoho Developer will be responsible for the configuration, administration, development, and continuous improvement of the Zoho One ecosystem used across the business.




The role will support different departments by understanding business needs and translating them into practical Zoho solutions, including workflows, automations, reports, dashboards, user permissions, and system improvements.
The successful candidate must be proactive, well organized, and able to work independently with a remote line manager. Solid communication skills are essential, as the role requires regular interaction with senior management, internal stakeholders, the Analytics and IT Support teams, and non-technical users.

Key responsibilities:
Administer, configure, and maintain Zoho One applications, especially Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk;
Gather and understand business requirements from internal teams;
Configure Zoho modules, fields, layouts, workflows, automations, reports, dashboards, roles, profiles, and permissions;
Develop and maintain custom functions, workflows, approvals, and business rules within Zoho applications;
Support integrations between Zoho
