Position Overview
The CEO will lead the business global strategy, operations, P&L; and innovation roadmap. This leader will drive growth in revenue & profitability The role requires deep industry expertise, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to scale business in a fast-paced retail, consumer-focused environment.

1. Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute the business long-term strategy aligned with the company’s overall Vision
and Mission.
Drive execution of portfolio diversification and market expansion through innovation.
2. Business & P&L; Management
Own end-to-end P&L; responsibility, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
Oversee budgeting, financial planning, capital allocation, and cost optimization.
Establish robust governance, risk management, and performance metrics.
3. Commercial Excellence
Lead global sales, marketing, and business development teams with a solid focus on key
accounts and strategic partnerships.
Expand the customer base across South Indian states
4. Innovation & Product Development
Foster a culture of R&D; excellence




Drive collaboration between R&D;, manufacturing, and commercial teams to accelerate new
product commercialization.
Evaluate new technologies, process improvements, and digital initiatives (AI-driven process
optimization, traceability, etc.).
5. Operational Leadership
Ensure world-class manufacturing capabilities, supply chain reliability, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Lead continuous improvements in relevant technologies, sustainability, and process efficiency.
Oversee plant operations, safety practices, and global sourcing programs.
6. People & Culture
Build and develop a high-performing leadership team.
Champion a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
Implement capability development and succession-planning frameworks.
7. External Relations
Represent the Business with global customers, industry bodies, government agencies, and
strategic partners.
