Basic troubleshooting and user support

Key Skills

Adding and updating courses, subjects, batches, and study materials




Managing user enrollments — student, parent, teacher, admin access
Scheduling live classes, assignments, quizzes, and practice tests
Providing support to users for login, course access, and technical issues
Monitoring user attendance, learning progress, and performance reports
Generating and sharing course completion certificates or reports
Reporting issues/bugs to the technical team and following up for fixes
Ensuring the LMS runs smoothly with updated and accurate content
Maintaining documentation and SOPs related to LMS operations
