Summary of the position:

Responsible for executing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth onboarding, payroll and statutory compliance, HRIS data maintenance, employee engagement activities, insurance administration, vendor bill/payment processing, and exit procedures. Acts as the primary operational link between employees, payroll, vendors, and internal teams for HR-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Onboarding & Induction
Coordinate all joining formalities for new employees, including document collection, policy acknowledgements, and ID creation.
Execute induction programs and orientation sessions for current hires.
Ensure all onboarding tasks are completed accurately and within timelines.
