Job Description

The Team Agilist ensures that a single Agile Team operates effectively and continuously improves. Serving as a servant leader and coach, the Team Agilist leads the team transformation, facilitates team cadences, promotes proactive risk management, and removes impediments that block progress. This role fosters a culture of transparency,



accountability, and learning while helping the team continuously increase their proficiency and maturity, and deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with product objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate team sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach the team in Lean and Agile product managerial and Agile technical practices to maintain sustainable, predictable, fast and adaptable delivery.
Ensure all work items meet the Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD).
Partner with the Product Owner to strengthen backlog management and grooming practices.
Partner with the staff engineer and engineering manager in improving the Agile technical practices of teams.
Collaborate with the Product Agilist to ensure practices and processes are consistent with organizational standards and framework.
