We are looking for a Retail Data Operations Specialist to support global store data maintenance, partner coordination, data reconciliation, and operational reporting for a large retail / field-sales program. The role requires a strong balance of data accuracy, stakeholder follow-up, analytical thinking, dashboarding, and process ownership. The candidate should be comfortable working with country teams, partner contacts, internal data teams, and business stakeholders to ensure store information is accurate, complete, and regularly updated.

About the Role
The Retail Data Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining store data, ensuring accuracy and completeness while coordinating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Manage store data updates, recent store additions, store changes, inactive store checks, duplicate store validation, and data correction requests.
Coordinate with country teams, partner POCs, and internal stakeholders to collect regular store updates and validate missing or outdated information.




Support monthly and quarterly store reconciliation activities across regions and partners.
Identify data gaps such as missing stores, duplicate store names, address mismatches, inactive stores, and stores with sales activity but missing master records.
Maintain structured trackers, Google Sheets-based reports, and dashboards to monitor store update status, partner follow-ups, and data quality issues.
Use Google Sheets / Excel formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and basic analysis to generate operational insights.
Work with internal data services teams for BigQuery table checks, data extraction requests, reporting queries, and validation support.
Support fixture / store attribute updates, bulk uploads, and related operational data changes.
Share regular status updates, risks, exceptions, and insights with business and regional stakeholders.
