Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with 4–12 years of experience in Software Testing, preferably within the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) domain. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in Banking CRM testing, along with expertise in leading QA teams, managing end-to-end testing activities, and ensuring the successful delivery of CRM implementation and enhancement projects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end testing activities, including Test Planning, Test Design, Test Execution, Defect Management, and Test Reporting.




Manage testing for Banking CRM implementation, customization, enhancement, and integration projects.
Lead and mentor QA team members, assign tasks, review deliverables, and ensure timely project execution.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Client stakeholders to understand business requirements and validate CRM functionality.
Prepare and review Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scenarios, and Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).
Perform Functional, System Integration (SIT), Regression, UAT, and Production Validation testing.
Drive defect triage meetings, monitor defect resolution, and ensure quality deliverables within project timelines.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless CRM integrations with Core Banking and other banking applications.
Provide regular project status updates, testing metrics, and quality reports to stakeholders.
