Job Description — E-Commerce Manager
About the role
Exicom sells across marketplaces and our own D2C channel, and we’re now focused on scaling this business. We’re looking for an E-Commerce Manager to lead it end-to-end — own the strategy to grow EV charger sales online, run the day-to-day operations of the channel, and act as our key account manager for Amazon and Flipkart. You’ll work closely with manufacturing on inventory, operations on fulfilment, and the marketing team on campaigns — but the online business, its numbers, and its growth are yours.
What you’ll own
E-commerce strategy & growth: Devise and execute the strategy to grow EV charger sales across Amazon, Flipkart, and our own website — own the revenue targets and the channel P&L.;
Key Account Management: Be the single point of contact for Amazon and Flipkart — manage account/category manager relationships, negotiate visibility, deals, and terms, and drive participation in events like Big Billion Days and Prime Day.
Day-to-day operations: Handle daily issues across the channel — listing suppressions,



pricing errors, customer escalations, account health — and resolve them before they hurt sales.
Fulfilment & shipments: Ensure orders are shipped on time across all channels; monitor dispatch SLAs, returns, and delivery performance, and push operations to fix gaps.
Inventory planning: Plan inventory with manufacturing teams based on sales forecasts; ensure sufficient stock across all channels and fulfilment centres so we never lose sales to stock-outs.
Catalog & availability: Own listings, content, A+ pages, buy box, ratings/reviews, and catalog hygiene across marketplaces and the website.
Pricing & promotions: Set pricing and promotion strategy — competitive benchmarking, deal calendar, coupon/offer management.
Marketing collaboration: Work with the marketing team to plan and run campaigns — marketplace ads (Sponsored Products/Brands, PLA), creatives, and brand alignment — and jointly track ACOS, ROAS, and
