About The Role

We're looking for a Social Media & Organic Growth Specialist to build and scale our organic brand presence across social media platforms and YouTube. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands social-first storytelling, internet culture, content strategy, and community building.

Beyond creating engaging content, you'll be responsible for developing content IPs (recurring formats, series, and shows) that audiences recognize, return to, and share. You'll also leverage your understanding of SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and Online Reputation Management (ORM) to ensure every piece of content strengthens the brand's visibility across search engines, AI answer platforms, and online conversations.

Your primary focus will be organic growth—driving reach, engagement, brand awareness, and audience loyalty without relying heavily on paid media.

Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media & Organic Growth

Own the day-to-day management of the brand's social media channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms.




Develop and execute content calendars aligned with business, marketing, and brand objectives.
Create, curate, and publish engaging content across formats including posts, carousels, reels, stories, shorts, and videos.
Produce content designed to earn organic reach, engagement, and shares rather than simply maintaining a posting schedule.
Stay on top of platform trends, memes, creator formats, and algorithm updates, adapting them creatively while maintaining the brand voice.
Write compelling, platform-native copy and captions.
Build and nurture an active community by responding to comments, messages, and conversations in a timely and authentic manner.
YouTube Growth & Content IP Development
Own and grow the brand's YouTube presence across both long-form content and Shorts.
Conceptualize, launch, and scale recurring content IPs, series, and shows that build audience loyalty and brand recall.
