Job Summary
We are looking for a Software Tester with 2–8 years of experience in Software Testing, preferably within the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Banking CRM Testing, including Salesforce CRM or similar CRM platforms, and should be capable of validating end-to-end business processes across CRM applications and banking systems.

Key Responsibilities
Perform Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Production Validation Testing.
Design,



prepare, and execute Test Cases, Test Scenarios, and Test Data based on business and functional requirements.
Validate Banking CRM functionalities, including Customer 360, Service Request, Chance Management, Customer Onboarding, Lead Management, Case Management, and Campaign Management.
Perform testing of CRM implementation, enhancements, customizations, and integrations with Core Banking and other banking applications.
Execute test cases, log defects, retest fixes, and support defect closure activities using defect management tools.
Prepare and maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), test execution reports, and defect reports.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure application quality.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
