Diploma / B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile Engineering (or equivalent)

Experience

5-10 years of experience in P&M; operations, maintenance, and equipment management, Infra Experience is preferable.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee operation, maintenance, and repair of construction equipment and heavy machinery.
Plan preventive maintenance schedules and ensure minimum downtime.
Maintain records of equipment performance, fuel consumption, and repair history.
Coordinate with project and site teams for equipment mobilization and demobilization.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Support in equipment inspections, audits, and spare parts management.

Skills Required

Sound technical knowledge of construction machinery (cranes, batching plants, excavators,



etc.).
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
Proficiency in maintenance planning and documentation.
Valuable communication and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel and work at various project sites across India.
