Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
Identify and generate qualified leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and other prospecting platforms.
Build targeted prospect lists based on industry, geography, company size, and technology stack.
Research decision-makers including CTOs, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Founders, and IT Directors.
Outreach & Prospecting
Execute outbound campaigns through:
LinkedIn
Email
Apollo Sequences
Cold Outreach
Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages.
Schedule discovery meetings with potential clients.
Business Development
Generate opportunities for:
Dedicated Development Teams
Staff Augmentation
Custom Software Development




Workflow Automation Projects
FinTech and Lending Solutions
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams.
CRM & Pipeline Management
Maintain lead and opportunity data.
Track outreach metrics and conversion ratios.
Prepare weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.
Proposal Support
Assist in preparing proposals, capability presentations, and client pitches.
Coordinate with delivery teams for effort estimation and solution discussions.
