Your Role

You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex production issues, developing and enhancing application features, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure seamless operations of business-critical platforms.

In this role, you will:

Provide Level 3 support for enterprise applications and distributed systems.
Design, develop, and maintain Core Java-based applications and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across application, middleware, and database layers.
Perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
Develop and support Spring Boot–based microservices and APIs.
Analyze and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance.
Work with UNIX/Linux systems for application deployment, monitoring, debugging, and automation.
Support messaging and event-driven architectures using Kafka and related technologies.
Collaborate with development teams to enhance application reliability, scalability, and performance.




Participate in release management, deployment activities, and production change execution.
Drive operational excellence through automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work closely with business stakeholders and global support teams to ensure high service availability.

Your Profile

Mandatory Skills

Strong Core Java development experience with excellent coding and debugging skills.
Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), Data Structures, and Algorithms.
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
Advanced SQL skills with database analysis and troubleshooting experience.
Strong UNIX/Linux administration, debugging, and scripting knowledge.
Experience in Production Support and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Knowledge of Kafka or other messaging/event-streaming technologies.
Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilitie
