Unified Care Autism Foundation is committed to supporting children with autism through evidence-based, compassionate care. The organisation provides structured programs, parental involvement, and individualized support to each child and family it works with, delivering personalized ABA therapy sessions across Gurgaon, Delhi, and Noida.

Role

This role is open to individuals passionate about working with neurodiverse children whether a fresh graduate or someone with prior experience. It offers the opportunity to learn and grow under professional guidance in a supportive, structured setting, conducting 1:1 home-based therapy sessions and implementing programs designed by the Clinical Head/BCBA.

Responsibilities

Conduct 1:1 sessions with children at home
Implement therapy programs designed by the Clinical Head/BCBA




Collect session data and support documentation
Participate in structured training and observation
Collaborate with caregivers and the team for holistic support

Requirements

Degree in Special Education, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field
Freshers welcome, full training provided
Prior exposure to ABA is an added advantage
Compassionate, committed and eager to learn
