Role

The Program Support Associate will be responsible for managing state office administration, logistics coordination, procurement support, vendor management, and end-to-end event management for workshops, meetings, trainings, and seminars. The role ensures timely operational support,



compliance with organizational procedures, and efficient coordination with internal teams and external service providers across Bihar and Odisha.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day state office administration and coordinate support for state-level activities, meetings, trainings, and field visits
Maintain office records, inventories, files, and administrative documentation
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, transportation, and logistics for staff, consultants, and visitors
Support procurement processes in line with organizational policies, and coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, and delivery tracking
Maintain vendor records, procurement documentation, and payment-related paperwork
Coordinate printing, material development, and procurement of training and workshop materials
Assist in consultant coordination, contract documentation, and invoice processing
