Role





The HR Officer will manage end-to-end HR operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes for Heifer India, ensuring consistent implementation of HR policies while supporting talent acquisition, payroll and perks administration, employee engagement, and performance management.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separations
Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently, and maintain compliant employee records
Monitor compliance with statutory requirements, audits, and internal controls, and coordinate with external vendors and consultants
Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, hiring costs, candidate pipeline) and build talent pools for future needs
