Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable infrastructure automation solutions using Powershell and Unix shell scripting to enhance reliability and reduce manual operational tasks
Develop and maintain prompt engineering assets that optimize interactions with generative systems to improve automation quality and consistency across infrastructure workflows
Build and manage Rest API integrations between infrastructure platforms and enterprise tools to enable seamless data exchange and process automation
Configure and maintain ServiceNow Orchestration workflows to automate provisioning incident response and routine operational activities for infrastructure services
Create Ansible playbooks and roles to standardize configuration management and deployment processes across hybrid infrastructure environments
Develop and maintain Python scripts and utilities to support infrastructure automation monitoring and custom tooling requirements
Collaborate with cross functional teams to analyze infrastructure requirements and translate them into automated solutions that support enterprise scale operations
Monitor automated workflows and integrations to identify performance bottlenecks and implement improvements that enhance system stability and responsiveness
Implement secure coding and scripting practices across all automation components to protect sensitive data and maintain compliance with organizational policies
Document automation architectures scripts and operational procedures in clear and reusable formats to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing
