We are seeking an experienced Lead / Sr. AWS Connect Developer with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice experience to design and build GenAI solutions using Amazon Bedrock and similar platforms. In this role, you will develop AI-powered applications, integrate GenAI models with enterprise systems and ensure secure, responsible AI architectures aligned with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
Design and build GenAI solutions using Amazon Bedrock or similar GenAI platforms, including integration with foundation models such as Anthropic Claude and Titan
Perform prompt engineering and optimization
Architect RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) solutions
Develop AI-powered applications such as chatbots, copilots, knowledge assistants and document processing solutions
Evaluate and fine-tune LLM-based use cases for business scenarios
Integrate GenAI models with enterprise applications and APIs
Implement secure AI architectures aligned with enterprise and regulatory standards
Ensure data privacy, model governance and responsible AI practices
Design and implement integrations between Amazon Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud (SCV), Verint, Cerner, Marketing Cloud and other systems using APIs, SDKs and AWS services
Develop custom solutions to synchronize and transfer data between systems, ensuring data consistency and integrity
Configure and maintain AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, SQS, SNS and DynamoDB to support integration workflows
Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues and implement optimizations to improve system reliability and efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, software developers, business analysts and system administrators to define integration requirements and design scalable solutions
Requirements
5 to 12 years of experience in system integration projects, particularly involving Amazon Connect, Salesforce Service Cloud (SCV) and Verint
Background in integration projects involving Cerner, Mar
