Role Overview

Group Bayport is looking for a growth focused Business leader for its Global Signs & Display Business with end-to-end ownership of business strategy while driving category innovation, category market share growth, current product development, product innovation, gross margin expansion, product portfolio management, pricing optimization,



customer experience and long-term business expansion with customer obsession.

The leader has to work in close collaboration with the company's Centers of Excellence and other cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics and Customer Experience.

Reporting directly to Chief Business Officer (CBO), this role offers significant influence in shaping the future growth of one of Group Bayport's largest global businesses.

Define and execute the long-term business strategy, annual operating plan and growth roadmap aligned with Group Bayport's strategic priorities.
Own the Signs & Display business operations for sustainable revenue growth & gross margin expansion.
