We are looking for a Project Management Officer for our NI Implementation Unit R&D.;
The Implementation Unit PMO is responsible for ensuring that all software implementation and delivery projects are executed efficiently, meet organizational needs, and are aligned with business goals. The PMO oversees cross-project operations, optimizes resource usage, ensures visibility and governance, and supports managers in successfully driving initiatives to completion.



This role will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and alignment of the unit. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and an excellent communicator, supporting the team’s efficiency and success.
As a Cognyter, you will
Optimize human and technical resource utilization across multiple projects, manage allocations based on priorities and skills, and address capacity gaps and bottlenecks.
Ensure implementation projects align with organizational strategy, maintain accurate scope and timelines, and oversee project intake, prioritization, and governance.
Manage cross‑project dependencies and team interfaces while providing real‑time visibility into statuses, risks, and escalations.
Track KPIs, milestones, budgets, and timelines, driving consistent follow‑up and delivering transparent reports to stakeholders.
