We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills, a strong background in
Sustainability in the AEC context of the built-workplace sector, analytical skills and the
ability to write compelling content for proposals and sales material. You will play a key
role in helping us deliver sustainability excellence across bids, capability materials and
core global programmes. You will be part of our Global Buildings Central Enablement
Support Team in Mumbai, India.
This role operates as a virtual part of the Global Buildings
Sustainability team, working closely with colleagues across all geographies and
spearheads.
You will take ownership of the sustainability components of the Tender Excellence Hub,
coordinate our Sustainability Fit Assessment (SFA) programme, maintain the Buildings
Sustainability SharePoint site, and support the development of sustainability-integrated
capability statements. You will also carry out targeted sector research to support strategy,
bids and client engagement.

strategic bids, but at the same time help manage and build the Tender Excellence hub -
the ‘go to’ place for all our bids where we have access to our best material
