About the Role
We're looking for a Trainer to own training for our customer-facing Sales teams. From onboarding every fresher batch to driving continuous learning for experienced teams, you'll build engaging learning experiences that improve sales capability and business outcomes.
This role requires strong stakeholder management, seamless coordination across teams, and a passion for creating scalable learning initiatives.
What You'll Do
Own end-to-end onboarding and training for Sales fresher batches.
Deliver functional, behavioural, and customer-facing sales training.
Design learning content, assessments, playbooks, and training modules.
Partner with Sales, HR, Product, Operations, and Quality teams to identify learning needs.
Coordinate multiple onboarding batches and training calendars across stakeholders.
Drive refresher programs and capability-building initiatives for existing teams.
Analyse training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Introduce current learning initiatives, tools, and best practices to enhance training outcomes.
Track learning metrics and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
Ensure a seamless learning experience from onboarding to continuous development.
What We're Looking For
2–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Sales Training.
Experience training customer-facing or sales teams.
