Innoviz Design Studio is a design-build firm specializing in custom exhibition stalls and interior spaces, offering end-to-end capabilities across design, fabrication, and on-ground execution. We work with exhibitors across industries to create standout presences at trade shows and exhibitions.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Expert to drive client acquisition and revenue growth in the exhibition stall design and fabrication space. The ideal candidate has a strong network in the exhibition/events industry, understands the sales cycle for custom stall projects, and can convert leads into confirmed contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for exhibition stall design and fabrication projects
Build and maintain relationships with exhibitors, event organizers, and corporate marketing teams
Generate and follow up on leads through exhibitions, trade directories,



referrals, and cold outreach
Understand client requirements (budget, space, brand guidelines) and coordinate with the design team to prepare proposals
Prepare and present quotations, cost estimates, and project timelines to clients
Negotiate contracts and close deals within company margins
Track upcoming exhibitions and trade fairs (national and international) to identify prospective clients
Maintain a sales pipeline and provide regular reports on leads, conversions, and revenue
Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure client expectations are met post-sale
Represent Innoviz Design Studio at industry events and exhibitions
Requirements
2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in exhibition stalls, events, interiors, or related B2B services
Strong communication and negotiation skills (English and Hindi)
Existing network of exhibitors, brand managers, or event organizers is a strong
