Role Description The Tally Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Madurai, responsible for delivering high-quality training on Tally and related accounting concepts. Day-to-day tasks include planning and conducting classroom sessions, demonstrating Tally features, guiding learners through practical exercises, and clarifying doubts on accounting entries, GST, and other relevant modules. The trainer will design lesson plans, create or update training materials,



assess learner progress through assignments and tests, and provide constructive feedback. The role also involves staying current with Tally updates and statutory changes, maintaining training records, and collaborating with the center’s team to improve course content and learner experience.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, including company creation, vouchers, inventory management, taxation, and reporting.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, GST, and basic finance concepts relevant to small and medium businesses.
Effective training and communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to learners with varying levels of experience.
Experience in classroom instruction or corporate training, preferably in accounting software or related domains.
Good organizational and time management abilities to plan sessions, track learner progres
